About standard installation: Package pricing is based on a standard single-storey property with suitable access, mounting locations and Wi-Fi coverage. Double-storey or difficult installations, travel beyond 40 km of Springvale and storage upgrades are quoted separately. Final coverage and installation requirements depend on your property.

Solar charging tops up the camera’s rechargeable battery. We consider sunlight and the view you need when choosing a position for each camera and panel.
Charging performance varies with shade, weather, season and camera activity. Occasional manual charging may be needed.

Capture detailed video and use pan and tilt to look around. AI tracking follows detected people or vehicles. The rotating camera views one direction at a time.

Open the eufy app for Live View, playback and two-way talk. Control the spotlight, siren and notification settings to suit your home.

Start with 16 GB of built-in storage. A compatible drive can expand storage up to 16 TB, at extra cost. No subscription is required for core local storage features.

Before you book
A few useful answers.
Does the solar package record continuously, 24/7?
The standard solar package records motion events. Eufy lists continuous recording support when the E42 uses wired power and connects to HomeBase 3 with a hard drive installed. Those additions are outside these solar packages; ask us about suitability if continuous recording is important to you.
Do I need to pay a monthly subscription?
No subscription is required for the core local recording and playback features. Optional cloud services and extra storage may cost more.
Do I need Wi-Fi and a power point?
You need a suitable home network, reliable wireless coverage and internet access for remote viewing and phone notifications. HomeBase 3 needs mains power indoors. The outdoor cameras use rechargeable batteries and solar charging in these packages.
Will solar charging work through Melbourne’s winter?
Solar charging depends on direct sunlight, shade, weather and usage. We help choose practical panel positions, but charging cannot be guaranteed in every location or season. Shaded positions or frequent activity may mean the battery needs a manual recharge.
Can I leave Live View running all day?
Live View is useful for checking in from the app. In battery and solar operation, viewing sessions may time out and frequent viewing uses more power. These packages are not designed as an always-on live display.
How many cameras will my home need?
That depends on your entrances, driveway, side access and backyard. Send us photos and your suburb through the enquiry form. We can help you choose camera positions and the number of cameras before installation.
Can you install on a double-storey property?
Send us photos of the proposed camera positions so we can assess access and suitable mounting locations. Double-storey and difficult installations are quoted individually.
