About standard installation: Package pricing is based on a standard single-storey property with suitable access, mounting locations and Wi-Fi coverage. Double-storey or difficult installations, travel beyond 40 km of Springvale and storage upgrades are quoted separately. Final coverage and installation requirements depend on your property.

The detachable 3W solar panel gives more flexibility than an integrated panel. We consider the view, mounting position and available sunlight when positioning each camera and panel.
Solar charging varies with shade, weather, season and camera activity. The battery may still need occasional manual charging in low-sunlight or high-activity locations.
360° pan, tilt & AI tracking.
The camera can rotate to follow detected people, vehicles and pets, helping one camera watch more of the surrounding area.
2K colour night vision.
2K video captures more detail than standard 1080p, while the built-in spotlight can provide colour footage in dark conditions.
HomeBase Mini included.
The C37 kits use HomeBase Mini with 64 GB built-in local storage, expandable with a compatible microSD card up to 1 TB.

A few useful answers.
Does the C37 record continuously, 24/7?
No. C37 is a battery and solar camera designed for motion-triggered event recording. It does not support 24/7 continuous recording.
Do I need a monthly subscription?
No subscription is required for the core local recording and playback features. Optional cloud services may cost extra.
What storage is included?
The installed packages include HomeBase Mini with 64 GB of built-in storage. HomeBase Mini can be expanded with a compatible microSD card up to 1 TB.
Will solar charging work through Melbourne’s winter?
Solar charging depends on direct sunlight, panel angle, shade, weather and camera activity. We help choose practical panel positions, but occasional manual charging may still be needed.
Can the camera follow a person?
C37 supports AI tracking with pan and tilt for detected people, vehicles and pets. Tracking performance depends on the scene, detection settings and movement.
Can I leave Live View running all day?
Live View is designed for checking in through the app. Frequent or extended viewing uses battery power, and C37 is not designed as an always-on live monitor.
Is C37 compatible with HomeBase 3?
Yes. C37 is compatible with HomeBase S380 (HomeBase 3) and HomeBase Mini. It is not compatible with HomeBase 2.
Can you install on a double-storey property?
Send us photos of the proposed camera positions so we can assess access and suitable mounting locations. Double-storey and difficult installations are quoted individually.
